Handler Add-Ons and The AccuShield
AccuShield
Accushield 2.5
AccuShield is an exciting new lineup of closed chemical handling systems. Designed to integrate the top technologies in chemical handling from lines like The Handler, Banjo and Sotera SecuraLink, the AccuShield brings it all together in a convenient, safe, accurate and easy to used closed chemical handling system.
The AccuShield 2.5 is full of innovative design features that maximize the safety and versatility of the system. Among the features:
- The closed system universal jug adapter threads onto most conventional chemical jugs and, when sealed, punctures the protective foil.
- The universal jug adapter is equipped to fully rinse chemical containers with fresh, pressurized water.
- The lid seals itself on the specially molded polyethylene tank and contains a spring loaded female adapter for attaching the universal jug adapter to the tank.
- The cone-bottom, calibrated tank clearly shows the volume of product in the tank and the special manifold outlet allows for full drainage and less risk of contamination. The tank is also equipped with an air check valve that allows air to enter the system and prevents fumes from escaping.
- The plumbing system of the AccuShield 2.5 has a built-in cleaning nozzle to safely and easily clean the tank.
- The free standing frame can easily be bolted to a floor or left unbolted and completely mobile.
- The plumbing system features leak free Banjo manifold polypropylene fittings.
- The high performance venturi draws all of the chemical and the harmful vapors that may be present out of the tank and away to the sprayer.
AccuShield CSR Closed Chemical Handling System
- The AccuShield CSR is a closed system retro that fits on any existing eduction tank with a 15” lid, including the Handler.
- The system comes complete with all of the fittings that you will need to integrate it into any Handler model.
- New lockable hinged lids gives added security and convenience to your system.
- The closed system universal jug adapter threads onto most conventional chemical jugs and, when sealed, punctures the protective foil.
- The universal jug adapter is equipped to fully rinse chemical containers with fresh, pressurized water.
- The venturi on the Handler draws all of the chemical and harmful vapors that may be present out of the tank and away to the sprayer.
