IBC Parts and Accessories
Are you looking for hard to find parts and accessories for your tote, shuttle or IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container)? We carry a full line of parts, including valves, adapters and caps, that fit onto custom fabricated bulk containers as well as containers fabricated by Schutz®, Clawson®, Mamor®, Mauster®, Greif® and Hoover®.
IBC Ball Valves
IBC ball valves can be some of the toughest replacement fittings to find. Because each manufacturer has a proprietary thread on their IBC containers, you were once forced to go to the tank manufacturer for replacement valves. Not anymore! Banjo has developed a comprehensive line of IBC replacement ball valves and Focus Industries stocks these valves in their Edmonton-area warehouse.
Manufactured by Banjo and available for most common IBC containers. These valves feature
- PTFE valve seats
- FKM (viton type) stem o-rings
- Chemical resistant polypropylene construction
- Zinc alloy collar fabricated for each individual IBC
- Maximium 20PSI operating pressures at 70F
- Threaded or camlock (cam-lever) ends
Poly IBC/Spray Tank Lids
In addition to ball valves, we stock a wide range of polypropylene and polyethylene spray tank and IBC lids. From Banjo we supply 6 1/2" solid, unvented plugged and vented plugged IBC lids as well as 6" spring loaded vent lids for spray tanks. We also carry the replacement bungs for these lids.
From KemFlo we carry Vent-O-Caps®. KemFlo has taken the internals of the AIK Combivent® and incorporated them into the body of the Screw Cap. The resulting product, the Vent-O-Cap, performs the combined functions of a screw cap, a pressure relief vent and a vacuum relief vent. Constructed of Black High Density Polyethylene, AIK Vent-O-Caps are available in 6", 7" and 12" sizes. The Vent-O-Caps are available with EPDM or Viton vent seals and Hastelloy-C or 316 SS springs. When used with a gasket the Vent-O-Caps are designed for us in liquid-tight applications.
For tank fabricators wishing to use our KemFlo caps in their IBC tanks, we offer aluminum mold
inserts. Constructed of aluminum, these mold inserts are used when rotationally molding IBC's so that the
AIK Screw Caps fit perfectly on the threads of the container.
